A. Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Saada Boutique, Alter Kirchweg 13, 40880 Ratingen, Germany, Tel.: 0162 9126097, E-Mail: info@saada-boutique.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
