When you receive an abaya from us, we want to ensure that it fits immediately! That’s why we offer a shortening service. How does it work?

Step 1: Add the product to be shortened to the cart.

Step 2: Add a shortening service to the cart for each item to be shortened. You can find this service product under the menu item “Abaya/Shortening Service.” 

Step 3: You have the option to add comments at checkout. Please specify the desired length of the item as a comment. Attention! The length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder (center). 

Step 4: Make sure to pay for a shortening service product for each item to be shortened.

TIP: Do you already have an abaya at home that fits well? It’s best to lay it flat on the floor and measure it. 

The shortening service applies exclusively to abayas and is excluded from all discount promotions.

Our terms and conditions:

1. A shortened product can not be returned or exchanged.
2. No changes can be made after checkout.
3. For each item to be shortened, a shortening fee of 8.90 € will be charged.
4. The shortening takes about 7-10 working days (the tailor only makes the changes on weekends!).
5. Always consider an additional length of about 1-2 cm when shortening.
6. Once the product has been shortened, it will be shipped. Tracking number will be sent automatically via email.
